Alternatives.Confidence.

I was asked by a friend,who is now having his final year for medicine in Chinese University,couple of minutes ago,how confident I am in my upcoming challenge- Alevel and to meet the requirement of entering medical school.Fifty fifty,frankly.As days passed by,stress were built up.during which I struggled alot.

I am gonna make it. 235 days,here I come.

Staring at the steaming street from my room,nothing can be better than sitting on the windowsill,enjoying the beauteous lines of a good novel.There are few books that have been awaiting me to read and savor.Gracefully written,tasty,good stuffs for this summer.

Soupe a l' Oignon

After Darryl has made the onion soup,my mum, eventually found a piece of recipe by Ricky from the Mag ' Eat & Travel Weekly' and so did I made a 4 portion of it.To be frank,it's very easy made and is utterly suitable for a beginer,but mind you,an oven is needed.Down below are some of the pix I captured while I was rushing here and there in the kitchen.

Gruyere cheese smells more alike the parmesan cheese,but has a much stronger and rich taste with a softer testure.

This pan is exceedingly heavy.

I'm actually not very keen on taking in onion,especially the raw ones,but the onion inside this soup are all fleecy after frying,boiling and baking.The irritating taste have all gone and being replaced by the mild sweet wine,try it with no regret,the Soupe a l' Oignon.

Meow

30th May,was a fabulous day,apparently I'm writing the show,CATS.It has a captivating stage decoration and garnishment,with actors on fluffy cats costumes,hop and spring around lively.Their songs are not the only thing they are famous for,every character each 'cat' is having is also renowned.Mentioning about this,their charactes,makes every single 'cat' unique and distinctive. Like human,everyone has their own characters;unlike human,not everyone has such obvious charcters.

Anyhow,The CATS isn't as perfect as I read from the paper,it's probably more suitabe for kids and cat lovers,I'd prefer the PHANTOM.Afterall,my mind is swelled with Meow.
